In addition to Ms. Levien’s $1 billion trade secret defense verdict, her trade secret practice includes defending one of the world’s largest concert promotion and ticketing companies against a competitor’s trade secret claims, defending an auto insurance provider against trade secret claims arising out of the hiring of a competitor’s former employees, and advancing trade secret claims relating to consumer goods and technology in the audiovisual entertainment market.
